Printmaking is a slower, more deliberate process than most people realize. Etching, lithography, and screen printing each demand their own equipment and their own kind of patience before a single print ever comes off the block. This collection brings together artists working across those techniques, some producing bold, graphic pieces built on strong line work, others going for layered, painterly effects that don’t look like prints at first glance. Because prints are typically produced in small numbered editions, this is also one of the more accessible ways to own a technically demanding piece of art without paying for a one of one original.
