Shahid Malik

Artist Statement
My work is about human feelings and how they affect our inner self and our behaviors. Our behaviors are very complicated in nature. These don’t change by virtue of just one single act or incidence, but the outcome of collective reaction to a series of minute happenings that we don’t even care about or even remember. Our behaviors are just a cap of an iceberg that can be seen, but the things on which these are based on is a huge volume of conscious and unconscious acts, feelings, memories and even miseries that can’t be seen.
