Artist Statement
My artwork explores the deep connectivity between the real world and the imagined one, blending surreal dreamscapes with tangible elements of everyday life. Through a detailed 2D illustrative style, I depict the limitless nature of imagination, while realistic objects, nature forms, and symbolic imagery ground the viewer in reality. Each piece becomes a bridge—linking the unseen inner world with the visible outer one, inviting reflection on how both realms continuously shape our experiences. I also try to depict the world through a child’s eyes—capturing visions that remind you of places where you once spent the most precious moments of your life.

Biography
Sana Aman (born on March 29, 2002, in Karachi) is a Lahore-based fine artist from Pakistan. She discovered her passion for art at a young age and has since nurtured her talent through education and practice. In 2024, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the prestigious Punjab University College of Art and Design (PUCAD), where she honed her skills in various mediums and techniques. Sana’s work often reflects themes rooted in personal experience, cultural identity, and contemporary issues, making her a promising voice in the emerging art scene of Pakistan. Now based in Lahore, she continues to explore new artistic directions while participating in exhibitions and collaborative projects.
